EVERYONE at Colne Football Club shares our fans' deep disappointment that we have been unable to secure Northern Premier League status for a another season, despite the best efforts of players and staff at Holt House.
We'd like to thank our fantastic supporters for their passionate backing home and away in what has been a very challenging season for everyone connected with the club.
As always, the 'Red Army' has been a credit to their Football Club and our town.
Despite the relegation, the board are proud that we have managed to complete the season, as in September we were hours away from folding, but thanks to many hours of hard work and determination by those that care, we somehow, still have a football club to support.
Yes, today hurts, as will the next few weeks and months, but with the new structure of the club and the people we have involved, we are confident that things can only get better.
