Edwards Signs for the Reds

Midfielder Jamie Edwards has put pen to paper on a twelve month deal with the reds.

The 27 year old spent 5 years at Blackpool academy, before making the move into men’s football at his home club Darwen.

The attacking midfielder then spent two seasons with Clitheroe FC.

Edwards, was wanted by a number of clubs from a higher level, but Paul Weller managed to capture the talented midfielders signature.

Edwards came off the Bench to set up Colne's third goal on Tuesday evening.
