Midfielder Connor Hughes has decided to call time on his spell at Harrison Drive. Hughes, who has been at Colne F.C. for the last two seasons, enjoyed a more permanent role over the past season, scoring 8 goals, including the equalizer away at Dunston as the Reds progressed in the FA Cup. The Manchester born fan’s favourite is expected to join up with former manager Steve Cunningham at Curzon Ashton in the coming days. Everyone at Colne wishes him well in the next chapter of his career.
