Colne Football Club are delighted to announce Reece Webb-Foster has signed a contract for the 2020/21 season. Reece initially joined the Reds at the start of the 2018/19 season following his release from Bradford City and quickly became a fans favourite scoring 7 goals in the first 12 games, before an injury sidelined him for a number of months. He returned towards the end of that season scoring in the playoff defeat to Leek. Head Coach Rooney commented “Reece is known for his ability to score all types of goals and this is going to be a major target for him and the team this season’’ ‘’I’m looking forward to working with Reece and helping him maximise his full potential‘’ Foster added “I can’t thank the gaffer enough for the faith he’s shown in me. I’ve worked really hard on my fitness since the season ended and got that hunger back. I think the fans will see a different Webb-Foster when we eventually get started again. I’m delighted to be part of this group and know I can make an important contribution to the clubs future success” With the signings of Foster, Cooke and Coleman now completed, Burton, Pugh, Chippendale and Azam retained from last season, the Red Army will undoubtedly look forward to the next announcement as the Red Revolution continues.
